Group Workouts Don't Work out.

If you show up, you should get the results you came for.

Sure, if we were all built the same and had the same goals then the same program would best serve everyone. 

Lucky for us, we're not the same. I'm not sure about you but to me, that sounds like some sort of Orwellian movie.

We are all born with different bodies. We go through different experiences, have different exposure to movement and exercise throughout our lives, and walk different paths with varying levels of stress.

A well rounded group program serves a well-rounded individual, on the off chancier aligns with their personal goals. 

A very, very miniscule amount of people are "well-rounded" and telling someone that their goals can be achieved on the same program as someone who has different goals, a different training age, and a different body is irresponsible at best and deceptive at worst.

What are your goals? To lose 30lbs? To gain 10lbs of muscle? To improve mobility and reduce aches and pains?

While a group program might make all three of the above feel like they're doing something to move towards their goals, it's likely that each of them is lucky to get even one workout per week that provides the stimulus their body needs to move the needle. 

Listen, it's not their fault for believing that a single program will serve the goals of 100s of unique individuals. We - fitness professionals as a whole - are largely to blame. It's more "fun" to workout with your friends and until now, nobody has been willing to put in the hard work to create a fun hour that still provides individualized results. 

We're here to do just that.

We burned our group class down to rebuild it as something that truly serves individuals and provides sustainable fitness solutions.

Our Thrive™ group class combines personal training with a hard workout with your buddies. The first half of class is written for you, by your own coach. Your personal work is aligned with your goals, designed for your body, and will leave you feeling fulfilled every time you're in the gym. You will meet once per month with your coach for a private session to work on skills and assess movement and capacity to address any necessary program changes. 

You're in the same hour with your friends (well, 9 or less of them for you social butterflies). You get a professional coach whose purpose in life is to ensure growth in your journey. You are never lost in a crowd of 20 people doing the same movement, some of whom never had the range of motion to safely do that movement in the first place or even won't benefit from the stimulus that said movement provides.

It's 2020. By now, we're all figuring out that we want something that is our own.When it comes to fitness, we need something that is our own.Sure, a well-rounded program will work in the short term for most people.After a while you're going to run into issues from trying to shove a square peg in a round hole.

We all have corners. Let us help you with yours. "But Chase, I'm not local to you." We have remote clients around the United States, Canada, and the U.K. If we can help from a distance, we will.
