Stop Walking in Circles.

Did you know that without a sense of direction, humans naturally walk in circles?

In a 2009 study, it was proven that without knowing where they are going, people will sometimes walk in circles as tight as 66 feet in diameter. This explains why lost hikers almost never find that road at the edge of the woods.

This also explains why without a set goal, our progress in the gym will wax and wane. It helps tremendously to have something you know you are working towards, so you can focus on the progress you are making. Without a set goal in the gym, we can easily flounder and find ourselves making excuses as to why we don't have time to get our workout done.

So set some goals, attack them with a purpose, and then watch as that newfound sense of direction leads you to new heights you never thought possible.

If you haven't yet booked a goal review session, schedule one here to get going today!
