WHAT TO EXPECT
You are your own person, and deserve your own journey. We recognize this, and it is the reason we start everyone with a free consult, which we call a No Sweat Intro. During this “NSI” we will:
- Show you around the gym so you can see where the magic happens.
- Get to know you as a person, where you’re coming from and where you are hoping to go. If we don’t believe we are the best fit for you, we will recommend someone who can better take care of you.
- Talk about past physical endeavors, why those worked or why they didn’t, and what we need to do to make this routine the one that sticks for the rest of your life.
- Design a plan based around your goals, lifestyle, and past experiences that will best set us up for success.
- Review how we can best serve you moving forward, and set goals for our first month.
- Give you access to our e-learning that covers mindset, nutrition, movement, and recovery.
- Schedule your first private session with your coach, where you will begin your journey with a movement assessment and movement instruction built for you.
