We design our workouts systematically and intelligently to ensure you’re making constant progress and setting goals you never imagined possible.

Personal Training

Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into your specific needs and work 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success. We offer personal training in 30-minute or 1-hour slots.

Thrive™ Group Class

Our Thrive™ Group Class is unlike any that you’ve experienced. We combine a personal program with a fun hour with your friends. You get the best of both worlds via a half and half split.

The first half of class is custom work for you, your body, and your specific goals. This is delivered to you from your own coach via an app and the coach running class will be there to make sure you are wholeheartedly setup for success.

In the second half of class, everyone does the same fun conditioning workout together. This approach gives us the most effective AND most fun approach by combining a personal program with the opportunity to throw-down with your friends.

Individual Design

Our individual design program is built around you. You and your coach will sit down and dig into the “why” for your fitness and then they will design a program built around you and your life.

Everything from exercise prescription to lifestyle and nutrition guidance, our individual design coaches are “Ardent” about helping you live a life of purpose.
