We design our workouts systematically and intelligently to ensure you’re making constant progress and setting goals you never imagined possible.
Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD (workout of the day) is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Every new CrossFitter begins in our Foundations course. You’ll go through at least five one-on-one sessions with a coach and will be taught proper movement technique for all of our basic movements. The purpose of this class is to ease you into the intensity of regular CrossFit workouts and create an appreciation for safe and effective movement.
Our individual design program is built around you. You and your coach will sit down and dig into the “why” for your fitness and then they will design a program built around you and your life.
Everything from exercise prescription to lifestyle and nutrition guidance, our individual design coaches are “Ardent” about helping you live a life of purpose.
Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into your specific needs and work 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success. We offer personal training in 30-minute or 1-hour slots.
Open Gym is a great opportunity for members to work on their weaknesses or make up a missed training session. Use the extra time to improve your performance and get better results. Come by on Sunday, the door is always open.
Our Nutrition Coaching Program at Ardent Fitness is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too!
The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time!
